Applications for joining AEL or joining and using the Sick Leave Bank are formal. These member services cannot be processed without completion of the appropriate forms. The forms themselves are kept in the possession of the AEL Administrator and are not available for other's review.

The forms are the basic membership record source document. Also, the Payroll and Benefits offices of the Board of Education manage and track the databases for payroll deduction and sick leave allocation and use. These officer will not enter or delete data without AEL approval.
