The AEL Negotiations Committees work is among the most important for AEL. This group along with the Administrator consults and advises AELs spokesman and chief negotiator, the Executive Director, Rick Kovelant. Negotiation Team members must not only have a keen interest in what can be a very time-consuming and intense process but who can bring quality experience and representation of all segments of AEL membership to the negotiations table.
