The Sick Leave Bank Committee oversees and manages one of AEL’s most important payroll protection policies. While the Benefits Office of the Board of Education manages the data base for AEL the Bank is managed in its entirety by AEL; tracking its members, receiving and assessing applications for its use, and in all ways manages the Bank.
