Any member in good standing can apply for use of the bank at any time for any qualifying purpose. All rules and regulations governing the SLB and is use are detailed in that section. The most important initial consideration is continuity of income. It is important that the applicant allow sufficient time for the formal application review and procedural processes to occur before needed. A minimum of two weeks should be allotted.
